GoldShoe Studios & Gallery Relocation Project Latest News.

The lease was signed for the 558 First Avenue South space on January 23rd, on a sunny day of the Lunar New Year.

After 30 years at the 619 Building on the fifth floor, GoldShoe Studios & Gallery has a new street level location with a beautiful gallery space for GoldShoe artists. Artist work studios will have full amenities in a highly functional space in a rapidly growing arts neighborhood.

A newsletter will be broadcast this week with complete information and studio rates and links.

I have met with seven outstanding local general contractors and should have final renovation bids this week also. Construction of eleven studios and gallery space will begin early in February. The official launch is scheduled for April 5th, 2012.

I will keep you informed of new information and latest events and will be available to answer all questions and schedule site visits.
